Lleyn Model Aero Club privacy policy
General Procedures and the Information We Collect
Lleyn Model Aero Club (LMAC) collects information such as Name, Address, Email, Phone numbers and current Model flying Certificates in order to comply with the club’s Rules and regulations as well as complying with the BMFA (British Model Flying Association) and CAA regulations.
LMAC will only collect, store and use the minimum amount of information needed for these purposes, and will not collect, store or use data we do not need for these purposes.
We use the information that you have given us in order to Comply with Club Rules, BMFA and CAA regulations
The information will be stored securely. When it is stored online using a third-party service (e.g. E mail, Hosting and BMFA website) we will ensure that we will only use services that comply with GDPR.
When the information is no longer needed or when we have been requested to erase the data, it will be erased securely ensuring that it is permanently deleted from computers and that paper information is shredded.
We will not share personal information with third parties without the explicit consent of the member, unless legally required to do so.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases on which we rely on for processing this information are:
